Algebraic Surfaces - Decocube

Download Notebook Download Notebook

This graphic demonstrates Mathematica's ability to render algebraic surfaces using ContourPlot3D. In this case, the surface being rendered is also known as a decocube. The polynomial contains x, y, and z terms with exponents as high as 12. More information on algebraic surfaces can be seen on MathWorld.
